Cymraeg language policy

criw compostio operate in a bilingual nation and seek to celebrate the Cymraeg language.
We have set ourselves the goal to be offering all our teaching and engagement activities in both Cymraeg and English by 2028. We are working towards this with guidance from the Welsh Language Commissioner and we're already at 50% completion of our Welsh Language Development Plan. The Welsh services we offer today include bilingual email and social media customer interactions across all marketing, digital and events.

And our new workforce Cymraeg language skills development plan will encourage our staff and volunteers to use their Cymraeg at every available composty opportunity.

We determined that our composting be grounded in Cymraeg and Cymreictod to be embedded in everything we do.
